I’m not much of a blogger but i’m going to start off with this post. I am currently trying to get my weight and body in shape since i now have access to a gym now,my starting weight is 168 and i’m 5’8.My goal weight is to be 130 which is going to be a long road ahead of me but with positive affirmations a healthy diet and exercise i should be able to reach my goals.My weight gain was from not exercising after having my son and eating whenever i wanted whatever i wanted all hours of the day and even before bed and that is the worst for your body.I also was a drinker also beer mostly and that is a major fat gainer.knocking that out of my life will also make this a lot easier and my body a lot healthier.i suffer from scoliosis and i have sciatic nerve damage in my right leg that i got when i recovered from my c-section and i need to keep on top of that so i need to strengthen my body to help reduce pain but not strain myself and be careful with the activities i do.I’m going to upload a tracker on here so i can track everything i do through this.now its time for me to research proper diet and exercise..
